To our Clients in North Carolina:

On April 18, 2020, the Foothills Health District Health Department issued a notice of a novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak “associated with a home health agency within Rutherford county.” (Press Release)

We want to assure you that All Ways Caring HomeCare is NOT the agency referenced here.

We take all outbreak threats very seriously. While we have had an organizational disaster and pandemic plan for many years, with the new threat posed by the novel Coronavirus and COVID-19, we have we have adopted additional tactics and committee governance to be able to respond to COVID-19 and other potential outbreaks with agility – to meet both the rapid pace of information being disseminated, and the concerns that people in the community have about COVID-19.

We have leveraged the cross-functional expertise of a diverse set of leaders throughout our organization and have formed an Outbreak Preparedness and Action Committee. The mission of the Committee is to prepare for potential outbreaks and to act when necessary to protect, support and serve our patients, clients and employees.

At All Ways Caring, our most important obligation is ensuring the health and safety of those in our care and our employees. Our employees have been trained on and adhere to CDC-compliant, companywide policies to minimize the spread of infection and illness. We are following current official recommendations and providing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed, per our CDC-based infection control protocols.

Our procurement teams are working diligently through dozens of supply channels to obtain, pack and ship PPE to ensure our staff have the resources they need to protect the health and safety of our clients, communities and staff at this time.

In addition to providing necessary PPE, we screen our employees before they begin each shift for symptoms and do not permit staff members who exhibit symptoms to come in contact with you.

Please know that you remain our priority and we want to help you continue to maintain your independence so you can remain safe at home during this pandemic, and always.

Please reach out to you All Ways Caring HomeCare Branch Manager with any questions or concerns that you have. We look forward to continuing to serve you.
