Sign-On Bonus – Receive up to $500*
- Work a total of 120 hours (30 hr/week) in a month and receive $125
- Receive $125 per month for 4 months – as long as caregiver works 120 hours each month
New Employee Performance Bonus
Our standardized $500 Employee Performance Bonus program will offer consistent performance-based bonuses to Caregivers and Field Staff.
- $250 at 3 months and 300 hours worked**
- $250 at 6 months and 400 hours worked**
Must meet performance and attendance criteria to receive bonus including:
- No unexcused missed punches
- No unexcused absences/late arrivals
- No corrective actions
- Timely submission of documentation (including time sheets) **700 hours total
