Family Serving Family
In some states, regulation allows family members to be paid to serve family. Please note that this is state specific.
Arizona
Family Serving Family
As part of the ALTCS – Arizona Long Term Care Services Program, Family can provide services for family. We provide certified instruction to train the family caregiver under the state certification requirement in order to provide services. Under this program, the family caregiver becomes one of our trusted employees.

Consumer Directed
This program is designed to give more choice and flexibility to clients as they will have more control over the services they access and the delivery of those services. The client decides who delivers the services and when. We serve as the employer of record.
Montana
Self-Directed
This program is designed to give more choice and flexibility to clients as they will have more control over the services they access and the delivery of those services. The client decides who delivers the services and when. We serve as the employer of record.
Homemaking & Companion Services
All Ways Caring offers quality assistance with personal care and dignity, available on an hourly or live-in basis. Your homemaking companion caregiver will help with daily activities such as eating, grooming, dressing and bathing. Additional services include incontinence care, assistance with ambulation, and medication reminders. We can also provide additional assistance with household and individual care.
Homemaking companions provide:

- Monitor diet & eating
- Assist with pet care
- Assist with evening care
- Light dusting of furniture
- Escort to appointments
- Drop-off & pick-up dry cleaning
