Client requirements:
- Needs assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, bathing, and/or homemaking activities
- Be eligible to become a participant in Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) or Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) programs in Arizona
- Be Medicaid-eligible in Arizona

Caregiver requirements:
- As the caregiver for your loved one, you are committing to providing the services approved by ALTCS and in return, we are committed to supporting you by offering a competitive hourly pay and benefits package
- You will receive pay to complete the state-required training, provided by our staff
- Background check required
